Suicide Zen Forgiveness
Your Host

Hello there!I'm Elaine, your host of the Podcast "Suicide Zen Forgiveness". When I was 16, one of my dear friends, Andrea, died by suicide. |
Andrea bestowed the Best/Worst Gift, you could receive. The pain and eventual value therein, would take me more than 39 years to appreciate!
Andrea’s death and the aftermath became the incentive that keeps me living. On multiple occasions, it was the only thing that stopped me from following her.
Through so many years of physical pain, trauma, and self-loathing. through motor vehicle accidents, botched surgeries, and too many repairs, doctors, drugs, etc. to mention.
I have learned, albeit late, that sharing your story, can be a way to lighten your burden. My guests all have a story. Come listen in, it may be similar to your own story. You may find a helping of hope for you or someone who matters to you.
Our topics include the stories of suicide survivors, those left behind, mental health, depression, anxiety and all the myriad bits that make life as we know it.. challenging.
Some days are more of a struggle than others, listen to these stories and hear how we manage those days as well as the positive choices being made and the learning that is ongoing.
Why a Suicide Podcast?
The Suicide Zen Forgiveness Podcast is my thank you to Andrea for all she has given me... I'm the best choice for host as I am a survivor and fit both categories.
